3. Prompt Data
Messages you send through the Arxon Chat UI or API are forwarded to our AI inference infrastructure to generate responses. We do not store your conversation content for training purposes. Conversation history stored in our system is private to your account and used solely to provide chat history functionality.
4. API Keys
Your API keys are generated securely and stored in encrypted form. Full keys are shown only once at creation time. Masked versions are stored for display purposes. Revoked or expired keys cannot be reactivated.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. All infrastructure is managed by certified cloud providers.
6. Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie (arxon_token) to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to function and contains a signed JWT token. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use enterprise cloud infrastructure and fine-tuned language models hosted in the European Union (Germany) to power our AI capabilities. All infrastructure partners are bound by strict data processing agreements and comply with applicable data protection regulations. We do not disclose specific infrastructure providers.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@armanxai.com. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for abuse prevention purposes.
