Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Arxon AI platform (arxon.armanxai.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Arxon AI provides an AI API gateway platform that offers access to large language models through an OpenAI-compatible API, a web-based chat interface, API key management, and usage tracking. The service is provided by ArmanX AI, Peshawar, Pakistan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@armanxai.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arxon AI to: generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform; send spam or automated requests beyond your quota limits; impersonate other individuals or organizations; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

5. API Keys and Quotas

Free tier API keys expire after 7 days and are limited to 100 requests per key. Rate limits apply as described in our documentation. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these terms. Quota limits reset at 12:00 AM UTC daily.

6. Service Availability

Arxon AI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Arxon platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ArmanX AI. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArmanX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Pakistan.
